Tried to call the Clyde branch number to ask about a Notary Public service. A girl answered on the 8 th ring and I asked if it was the Clyde Branch she said no and she would call them and let me know. It was some answering service now why can’t they let ppl call the Clyde branch directly now ? No more personal service I would say

Used to be a good place to do business but after becoming part of Impact not so much. Terrible customer service and forget about trying to get anyone to answer phone in a timely manner.

Terrible bank, they try all they can to get every dime out of you. Take money out of your account without your consent, constantly hold funds and then releases them closely together in hopes you overdraft so they can collect their $32.00 fee. The positive reviews are mainly from employees who were probably told to come on here and make positive reviews. I mean come on they are all the generic review all posted around the same time.

Other than the lack of management and the support of gossip this bank is still not a bank i would trust my money with .....its not like they treat their employees with respect or anything that would make it kind of manageable. But no suits of the business rather con their subordinates thinking they would be successfully compensated for their hard earned money, but unfortunately they are very stiff necked and only look out for themselves.

My mother-in-law has been a customer for over 30 years. Here lately she made a few purchases online only to find out the "bank" cancelled her debit card stating it was "fraudulent activity". So they will not issue a new debit card because this has happened 3 times. She asked how she is supposed to know if a website it conducting fraudulent activity and the bank rep stated "I don't know". So he was asked how he knows if a website is conducting fraudulent activity and he stated "I don't know". Then he was asked, why the consumer is being penalized for something I have no control over. The customer service guy stated "you cant just keep getting debit cards issued over and over again". So they are implying that she is doing this on purpose.....that doesn't even make any sense. End result is they don't care how long you have been a customer, and you better make sure whatever website you order from isn't conducting fraudulent activity. She will be changing banks, as we will be changing also. Oh and don't expect to get to be able to talk to, or get a call from the President, of course he is too busy for me. I don't contribute enough to be important.
