A very bad place to do business, it's gotten worse then any old school pawnshop that you can think of, I've literally seen them tell this struggling woman they could only give her $80 for her Nintendo and all the accessories because"they could only sell it for $95 to 100", straight up lied, that Nintendo is on sell for $149, the game she brought with it is being sold for 35, and there's no mistaking the system for another because they still have the custom knockoff controller she brought with it, still with it along with the other three controllers the woman brought.. Then today a woman brought a Amazon fire tablet in and the said they can only give her 10 for it, I pulled her aside and asked her, "they only gave you 10 for that", she looked up with tears and said," yea they said they would only be able to sell it for 20, then she said they're probably lying to me again because I see my kids Nintendo that I sold to them on sell for a lot more then what they told me, then she told me the story I've just shared with you.. Avoid this place at all costs.. They will scam you..

I bought a JBL speaker there the other day, took it home to charge it, noticed there was a problem charging, when I connected to it via Bluetooth I noticed right away that only the center speaker was working and the two woofers were not working so I went back to Cashland right away with receipt in hand and they wouldn't return it or anything! No store credit, NOTHING! I AM FURIOUS! They clearly never tested it and sold me a piece of junk! I HIGHLY discourage doing any business with such a disgraceful business! Shame on you Cashland!

Going in the store isn’t a problem. It’s when you try to contact the store via their phone number listed and it just rings and rings. I understand may be short staffed but it would be respectful to at least answer and place caller on hold. I’ve been calling them all day literally over 20 times and I have yet to get anyone to pic up the phone. I guess I’ll have to go on a off day just to figure out my date I need to pay on a pawn.

All I did was call and ask about a guitar. I was in the store earlier and saw a nice Ibanez guitar and wanted to know the model of it so that I could look it up. So I called at about 6:53 pm. The girl who answered said she could go look but it would be a min because they were with customers already. I told her that’s fine and was put on hold. At 7:09 I heard someone pick up the phone but they didn’t say anything. Just heard the phone move around and then click I was hung up on. I call back instantly and no one answers the phone at that point because they are closed. I had called in plenty of time before close to get a very fast and simple question answered. I was possibly going to buy two or three instruments from this place as well. No way in hell will they get my business now. Very rude treatment. I want to add that I have worked retail and customer service as well. This is just horrible to treat a customer this way.

They really need new staff in this place. Employees have to ask the manager if they want something. Seems like the manager is a prime example of power to the wrong people. They give you the lowest amount possible for your items and sell items that are non tested or not working. DVDs/Games are all over priced the CDs have scratches all over them so why sell them for 20$???? I brought in a brand new ps5 and was offered 100$ it came with 2 controllers 10 games and a headset they woulda took that and flipped it for $400-$500 the manager here needs to end the employment of the power ridden manager here. Stop bringing them your business then they will be forced to close

Use them for pawns and decided to try them out with layaway ,sometimes things happen. And I was not able to make the next payment. Ask for them to give me until my next check to catch up ,nope bot happening blame it on computer of course ,i have used pawn ships for years never heard that ,and never heard of thenm keeping the full down payment,i would understand a restock fee but to keep it all totally wrong .so 90 bucks just gone ,out for the salary they get instead of helping a customer when needed.
