Did not pawn or sell anything but had a great experience purchasing some tools. Great prices.

Usually nice friendly service on the surface however these people are not really out to help you. Under the new manager you're not able to even be hours late on your payment or they will redeem your item without a care. With the old management they would allow you to be a day or two late as long as you called to confirm that you would be in to make that payment. The new management says the computer system has been changed do not allow them to do this however I don't believe that for a minute. I am a retired computer programmer and this is something that can be changed on their end. I have made arrangements to pay just a few days late and came in to find my item was in the display case being sold. I was made to buy my item back to get it put back into Pawn. They only offer you more money the second time you pawn something because they want you to get in deeper so that you're not able to buy your item back so they are able to sell it and make more money. I realize this is a business in which they want to make money, however they do you not care about your feelings or your possessions or how sentimental they may be. I would not recommend this pawn shop to anyone. I can't wait to get my pawns paid off never to use the services again.

I went to this location to deposit an item roughly one month ago. At the time, I had routine questions because it was my first time using this service. The store manager stormed out of her office and began answering questions I had directed toward the clerk. I was startled at the manager's rude, condescending tone.
This was embarrassing for me because the conversation happened out in the open. Everyone could hear our discourse and she was quite brazen. This was not a good experience for me.

Was treated very rudely today. I walked up to the store and pressed the button to get buzzed in. I got buzzed in by and employee , it was around 845am. I walked in started looking around, the next thing you know I'm being told I have to get out. Said the store was not open yet. I explained that an employee had buzzed me in. They were not wanting to hear that and told me to get out. I will not be back or recommend this business to anyone.
