If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would. I was a faithful member of Home Savings Bank before this place bought them out and there has been nothing but headaches and incompetence from Premier. They cannot make escrow payments on time which leads to lapses in homeowners insurance and property tax default. This is not just a problem for myself but for many other bank customers in my hometown. My credit score has plummeted over 100 points since the changeover. Between hidden fees and falsely reported missed payments and reports of account closures for accounts that were never closed, to waiting on hold for an hour on a customer service person that only tells you they'll have to have someone call you back that never calls. My hometown bank personnel have no support and are floundering from this establishments profuse inability to execute thier responsibilities to thier customers. My membership to this bank is hanging by a fraying thread, if there is not exceptional improvement from them I will have no choice but to endure more credit damage and inconvenience to swap all of my business elsewhere. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid premier bank at all costs.

I believe the primary strength of any organization or group is attributed to the people who make it up. The First Federal Bank is fortunate to have outstanding employees who reflect a high standard of professionalism. I am in no position to evaluate their job expectancies but I do know that anytime I have been in the bank I have been treated with respect and kindness.
I would give them a five star rating, but that would mean they were perfect and we all know that we can always make improvements.

I have never had a problem that First Federal Bank couldn't help me with, and quickly! When I pull up to my branch, they have almost always greeted me by name. I highly recommend this bank.

I was forced to install the newest app for mobile banking because opting out wasn't an option, it's trash. I don't have all the options the app claims I will have, 2 things I use to protect myself from unauthorized use of my card, lock card and notification when my card is used or someone attempts to use. Who's going to replace my money if I wake up one day and my accts are empty?
