Terrible customer service! Especially when dealing with Jody L. Fraley (Assistant Vice President). Tried to cash a check today & everything was okay but since I wanted to withdrawal $600 she said she couldn’t cash it. I then offered to withdrawal 400 so there would be enough in my acct in case it bounced but she still said no. I went back just to deposit it & there should’ve been no problem but her exact words were “I’m not going to deposit that check” I asked if there was something wrong with the check & again she said she just wasn’t going to deposit it. I was calm with her the ENTIRE time. Even after she said she wouldn’t deposit it I just said okay & drove away. You would think with her title that she would be better in customer service or treat customers with the slightest bit of respect. I’ll be closing my account & moving to Huntington.

Bank with them for over 6 years tried to cash a $450 check they said it was not a problem because my account balance was $1,100 then I asked to withdraw 600 on top of cashing the check and all of a sudden it became a problem I even offered to withdraw 400 which would have left my account balance at over $600 and rudely the managers going to say no you need to take it to the bank in which the check was originated from I've never overdrafted my bank account one time or had any check bounce this is ridiculous

Super rude, would not recommend. Taken more money from me than I actually put in the account. Does not help you out and let you know anything that is going on with your account
