Now their ATM miscounted my deposit and I'm out almost 200 dollars right before Christmas. Still waiting to hear back from someone. Check ALL receipts and deposits. I wonder if I'll get my money back?

This bank was the custodian of my companies HSA; they were always a major inconvenience to deal with. Their website is clunky and ancient. I worry about my information security with them. With so many banks in the Cincinnati area that care about their customers, I would not waste my time here.

This chain is evil to employees, Or there's an evil manager operating rouge! Due to a third party error. Not the customer(me), but a customer of mine created a problem with my account. The teller is being held responsible and is being threatened termination, because the ongoing efforts to remedy the problem aren't fast enough! This is less than a week! The teller"Angela" has battled with Cancer the last three years! Her manager "Stacy" has made the statement to me! "Bring in X amount of dollars by 5:30 tonight or Angela will be terminated.. Regardless that there are subsequent deposits being applied to remedy the situation. This is The branch in Highland, Indiana. at 45th & Cline Av. Never in my life have I been subjected to such a disgusting way to treat staff and customers!

I've never had any difficulty with their services. The staff is always friendly and willing to assist. Sometimes the ATM is out of service in front on High St., but the drive-thru in back is more convenient anyway.

The website now won't let me login even after I signed into their new website. I can't get through on the phone either.
