Eddie hughes is the most difficult man to work with and has no idea how to speak to people. He will tell you different stories and blame his employees for everything. He will actually tell you that you are interrupting an important phone call after hanging up on you if you are not one of his more important clients. He actually told me he was working too hard for me with no pay and I was taking too long to find a house after 2 months.. Please do not waste your time. He even infuriated my real estate agent with his work ethic and demeanor. Very disappointed in this experience

0/10 recommend using Eddie Hughes! He is extremely unprofessional, slow @ responding and pretty arrogant. He does not have a drive to get things done quickly and does not find the importance in time sensitive matters. It’s actually really odd seeing he works for “rapid” mortgage. Nothing about the process was rapid. If you try to contact him, the receptionist will tell you his line is not available. The unwillingness to work as a team with other realtors/parties was extremely disappointing. Do not waste your here. He will push everything out to the last second, and does not care who it effects. And if it wasn’t him who was pushing everything to the last second, we wouldn’t know because he refused to communicate with anyone on what was actually going on. Thankfully, I had an amazing lender through a different company and did not have to go through Eddie myself.. but unfortunately had to work with him in order for our buyers to close on our house. A literal nightmare. Look up Dean Opfer! You won’t be disappointed with him!
