Been banking with FFB for a few years now and always a great experience. This specific location is incredible and a pleasure to chat with the bank tellers while I'm there.

I have had an account with this bank since they opened in our area. I recently visited this branch as I needed to discuss a problem I was having with opening up an on line banking account. The staff was friendly and the manager was excellent to work with. She had me up and going in a matter of minutes with a call to my home a few days later to see if all was well with my account and ask if there was anything else I needed. Proactive. I love that about my bank !

Impossible to get a customer service representative on the line. I've called two days in a row and waited a cumulative 80 minutes on hold and I've emailed twice. I know it's right before the holidays but I would think a priority would be to at least staff your call center adequately. I'm thankful I switched to Chase... now if I can just get someone on the phone to cancel my account.

Well I am still disappointed that I have not yet received my duplicate credit card, Stephen at the liberty Township branch could not have been more helpful. Thank you for taking the time to make this right!
