Terrible customer service. Applied twice and was told 2 different stories each time. They’re hard to get ahold of and the times I did they lied to me. The first time I applied I was told I was denied because of employment length. They wanted 3 months of employment and I had just over 2. I was told my credit wasn’t an issue and my debt to income wasn’t an issue. So I waited until the following month. When I applied the second time they told me my credit was an issue now. And the crazy thing is I now had less debt from the first time I applied. I paid off the remainder of my car loan and my credit card to $0. and then when I proceeded to dispute the denial I was given the run around though different customer service number and extensions to people who weren’t able to help because “ it wasn’t their department/jurisdiction.” Finally towards the end they transferred me to someone who said they can send me the denial reason in the mail. That was it. Even though they already told me the reason over the phone. Would not recommend this loan agency to anyone. I do want to give a shout-out to Erin from this branch because she was the only one who was transparent and helpful given the circumstances. But otherwise I would not recommend this place.

Stay away at all costs. Refinancing my car is the worst decision I've ever made. It's important to have creditors who are on your side. OneMain is not one of those creditors. They'll skyrocket your interest rate so you can't afford to get out of the payment plan, and if you befall hard times, They'll dangle repossession in front of you like a carrot to a rabbit. Stay away.

This place I’ll tell you what. Got a loan here and they put a Lien on a car I sold 3 weeks before going there. So instead of going off the title I gave them they got online and added the wrong car. So during the process it is what it is people make mistakes. BUT this guy the manager there was very rude!!! He was telling me I had to come in again and do more paperwork mind you I was just there and did some to fix this. So now I’m getting frustrated so I asked him what’s my compensation for your guys mess up. His response and I quote very rudely WELL YOU SIGNED THE PAPERS!! Brooke is the one to deal with if you must go here ask for BROOKE!! She is amazing!

Already had a loan opened in December 2016, I kept getting letters saying pretty approved for x amount, well it's almost June now, I applied online for less then what letter said, way less bc an emergency came up, online said "I'm conditionally approved" and to call to make an apt, person told me over the phone that I was denied bc it's "to soon" -_- If it's to soon then why keep sending out letters saying I'm pre-approved then online it gets conditionally approved?! If it was "to soon" then I wouldn't of had my credit pulled for nothing and it getting lowered!

I appreciate the help that everyone showed me. It was good on my time and helping me to understand about the new loan and insurance. I wasn’t planning on it yet but after hearing about it I figured it was worth it. So I do appreciate everything that I got.
