We aren’t customers but we were thinking of it. But as we originally went in for consolidation loan and haven’t heard anything in 2 weeks I’m not sure. My husband has called and left multiple messages too. Just wanting info on what we have to do, if anything, to be approved. Or to be told we weren’t so we knew to try something different. But otherwise everyone was super nice. Just not a big fan of this situation.
EDIT: my posting this equaled getting a call back. And my husband as well. We then proceeded to have my mother in law call him like asked. Immediately after he talked to my husband too. Nothing. We went in Monday, May 9th, to talk to him. He was at lunch. It was just a little after 2 and we were told he wouldn’t be back in til 3:30-4. Left a message to have him call. Nothing. It’s been a month since we started the process.

We just love how we are made to feel important. We have and have had numerous loans with CES. All of the processes were flawless, communication was excellent, all questions were answered quickly and accurately. It is great to know that help is just a phone call away. And Lisa Lahmon is our go to. Very professional, nice, and quick with answers.

The best place to save your money, have a checking account and their loan rates are the best in the area. The employees are friendly and helpful. Credit Unions are better place to do your business over banks. Banks are more profit driven where credit unions make you a shareholder to give you better service.

I love the Yauger Rd branch. Ces staff are always kind and caring. Linda Yarmen a loan officer is one of my favorites! She has been very helpful for many loans. Great place to do business!

I had a committee meeting in the basement last week. The employees were very helpful in allowing me to go downstairs. I was concerned about security and didn't see any cameras in the elevator. Rest assured they are watching as you enter and exit. Thanks for the security.

I’ve been with CES for many years. Customer service has always been great, and I’ve never had any problems. The only thing I would like to see is the mobile app getting mobile check deposit. Other than that, I’ve always loved CES.
