The customer service is amazing, every time I have called with a question there is an immediate response. An associate always answers the phone and provides the best assistance.

I was contacted by these people for a quick and easy refinance, but after four months later they still couldn't get a refinance done and it was because they didn't understand how to handle or do a USDA loan, then finally it was guarantee that the loan is going to close and was told "Do not make your mortgage payment this month we will be closing this month for sure." and then the last day of the month they informed me that we're not gonna close and you need to make your mortgage payment unfortunately the last day the month was a Saturday so therefore the mortgage payment couldn't get paid on time and now the refinance is no longer going to take place due to their negligence because of a late payment.I would call and leave message after message after message anywhere from 5 to 10 a week with no return calls or emails from the loan officer, finally getting a hold of a manager who would promise to call back that day and I wouldn't even hear from them for at least another day or two. Extremely unprofessional and I would never refer these people to anybody whatsoever complete and total waste of my time not to mention now I have a ding on my credit that I have never had in the last 15 years.

The 5 star reviews are from employees, I already looked them up. Gabi Bafidis messed up my mortgage process after her salesman came into my home and TO’d her because the adjustable rate loan was not something I was interested in. They misguided the numbers and made it seem like this would help save me money, and I knew rates would be going up as they are now. She was rude and uncaring. But there was nobody at Resolute I could talk to about her poor customer service which is why I didn’t do business with them. Hopefully people like her are better evaluated before placed into management, because of her I do not have a positive view of this bank and refuse to do business with them.

Awesome company with friendly staff. Normally the loan process can be so stressful, but Resolute Bank makes it easier by coming to your home to educate you about your loan. They are upfront about everything and make your loan happen quickly!

Don't waste your time with this company or its affiliate Village Capitol. After calling in response to an ad I received in the mail, a rep from Resolute Bank was scheduled to come to my house to explain how the process of refinancing my mortgage would be. I submitted my info to this individual to be sent to their loan team and never heard anything from them ever again. I called the rep's cell phone number that was printed on the business card he gave me at my house and both times I called, he would not answer but instead send me a text immediately afterwards. First, he was at a doctor's appointment but said he would see what info he needs from me when he "gets in front of his contact." I texted the same number 6 days later and asked if my app was submitted and was told that it would be submitted over the next two days. Never got the Loan Estimate letter I was supposed to have gotten after that so after a few more unanswered texts/calls over a span of another two or so weeks I call again and am sent a text that he's at the funeral home bc his grandma passed away but he is also trying to see which "processor to go with" because they were apparently switching processors.
All of this took place over a span of about 2 months while I also continuously reached out to the phone number that I originally called when I received the mailer. While calling this number the reps identified themselves as working for a company called Village Capitol. Each time I was asked for my name and number and the name of the Resolute Bank associate. I was then told that all they could do was send an email to the rep's manager and he would call me back. The manager never called me back. I literally called every day for an entire work week requesting to speak with someone, anyone about my potential loan application and each time the weirdest things would happen. Like how is it that there is only one person in the whole entire company that can help me? This rep obviously has a lot of things going on in his personal life and doesn't have a lot of spare time for work so why is the only phone number I can call his personal cellphone number? Why can't I actually talk to Resolute Bank? Why only this Village Capitol place that doesn't even know anything about anyone's loan the only other number? I can't be transferred to ANYONE that can help. Their solution to every call, no matter what the call content, is to send an email to the manager who will never call you back. So please, don't waste your time with them because your mortgage will never get refinanced.
Also, LOL at all these fake 5 star reviews.
