Leaving this review here to just show how disappointed I am with the new app update, can't do anything the way we normally would. Makes banking through 5/3 more of a head ach. They need to go back to the old plate form and set up and leave it alone.

Worst banking experiences I have ever had in my life. "Personal Banker" doesn't know what fees are for, they are too complicated for him to explain to me (I'm a CPA). "Upgraded" their computer system and now cannot see any scheduled payments or history for online banking and can no longer run reports. This has been an issue for over five months and CS says the work around it to wait until it hits your statement and then you can see it. The new teller system now takes about two minutes per deposit-the "old" system was less than 30 seconds a deposit. Plan on spending some significant awkward time small talking with the tellers. Second month in a row now that I've had .05 and .08 fees assessed to my accounts-last month they were reversed after I complained, this month-same story. Watch your statements like a hawk, they will charge you fees any chance they can. They aren't known as Fee Third for no reason!

Beware. Deposited a payroll check in the ATM and the bank put an 11 day hold on it due to "new account", leaving my family in a desperate situation with no way out. Needed my pay check for things like perscriptions and utilities, but can't use my money.

Unprofessional financial advisor The main branch of the Piqua fifth third has a financial advisor who has been there for sometime. I was the first one to let him know about some municipal bonds that would soon be coming available that I was interested in .I set up a very substantial amount to invest at the right time. He agreed to call me as soon as they became available but instead I find out that he called a retired schoolteacher from another area and offered the bonds to him that should've been offered to me,he did eventually call me with bonds that payed much lower rate of return .since I was the first one to ask for these bonds his conduct was very unprofessional . If you have money to invest take my advice and talk to someone else there are plenty of good honest money advisors out there .

Beautiful Bank in Downtown Piqua. I took pictures outside only. Fifth Third Bank has been in Piqua for many years. This Building was Formerly Piqua National Bank.

Takes forever to process money so they can get you on overdraft fees. Says open til 5 but always closed by 4.
