I loved being able to pay online and the ladies in the office where always under standing of my changing situation. I am about to pay my car off and hope when I get a new car I am able to go through them again. They respond to e-mails quickly. I highly recommend Phoenix Financial in Shelby, ohio.

I accidentally left this place a bad review a few months back. I mistook them for a different company with a similar name. I feel like I owe it to them to at least correct myself an leave a positive review. I just deleted the old review i left.

Have had 3 vehicles thru this company and the ladies in the office are always nice and professional... Never had a bit of problem. Thank you for your great service

Called to make my car payment, on a Saturday, automatic system tells me I have to enter my new 4 digit account ID that I never got, so I can't even make my car payments till Monday, and that's if I can take a break and call them while I'm at work smh

Please disregard this review a scam company has the same name as this company and it would not let me remove my review so I just went ahead and gave you five stars you might want to consider changing your name because the scam company that using the same name is going to get you bad reviews
