My experience with Proctor was honestly a love and hate relationship. once I was able to do everything at my job fluently and not need for any help from higher management I was loving everything about it and I was loving to learn new things every day I was always open to learning new things and understanding so I don’t have to reach out to people. Then out of nowhere my manager tells me and a group of other people we are doing so well that we’re getting a promotion. But it actually turns out we were all being forced to go to a different campaign and instead of just saying that they lied to make it seem like we are the best agent and this is like something good for us. So of course since this is our employer everyone agreed and training started. (MIND YOU THEY TOLD US IF WE DONT LIKE IT WE CAN GO BACK TO ORHER CLIENT) I have been working for this job and the client shellpoint/newrez since December. Training for shellpoint was 3 to 4 weeks long and we also had a nesting class and we had a team lead.

I am currently an Quality control Auditor with this company, they gave me the opportunity to work with them since October 2017, met this wonder lady Miss Parker who saw the talent in me and worked with me. I started as an escrow officer but has gained a lot of experience and still learning. Always work hard and believe in yourself. You can do it

They will not pay your insurance if you don’t answer their phone call after 3 tries. They will let your homeowner policy cancel and you’ll have to go thru the hassle to have a new homeowners/flood/misc policy written, they have had a lot of homes damaged or blown up and they didn’t even pay the annual insurance so they’ve been sued or just payed out of pocket to keep everything under the table. Just being an honest homeowner I would never use their services. Especially if you’re an elder they will walk all over you. Also You’ll be on hold 40 mins just to get into touch with someone.

From a Contractor point of view. I can't believe the way this company handles claims and payouts. They tried every dirty play in the book to get as low a cost from me. Then they stopped paying and broke contract with me. Tried to wait out the coustomer and force them into foreclosure. That way they keep the house and money. 3 years layer still straggling with them. Run for the hills from these horrible people.
