My husband and I got and equity loan from Crystal and she was very nice and helpful but went in to deposit money in our account and the tellers were rude and didn't even greet me when I walked in. One was to busy opening her candy cane to eat and the other just didn't say anything. I work at Hancock Federal Credit Union and that kind of treatment would not fly to treat members like that and why would you. Seriously thinking of moving my business elsewhere.

I had a appointment with Crystal for a personal loan. I wanted to pay off a old debt and thought that was the only way I would be able. Crystal and I sat down went through my finances and she came up with a even better option for me. I currently have a car loan at the credit union so she suggested that we look into refinancing. The numbers looked great and my payment went up only $50. I had the money I needed within 24hours. She was truly a blessing to me this week. She was very Great to work with!

I would give 0 stars if that were an option. The WORST bank/credit union I’ve ever dealt with. Tried getting a loan through this place and they send your information to a DIFFERENT company to process your loan and it NEVER gets done. We lost the house we were trying to buy due to these people! Terrible customer service, loan officer took vacation without even telling us (right in the middle of the loan processing), no one would ever get back to us, pretty much just gave us the complete run around for nothing!!!!!!!!!!! Do not waste your time or money on this place. A complete JOKE! They have no idea what they are talking about and are rude! Thankfully we found another lender at LoanDepot in Tiffin who closed our loan in just EIGHT days! We spent 38 days with Your Legacy and weren’t even close to closing! Your legacy is a complete disaster!

This place is Ridiculous !! The most rude people I ever met !! I have had nothing but problems with this bank and the people !! I have tried to use the online banking I can’t so many problems !! So I go to the atm to use that to find out what I have in it since I can’t use the online banking !! Then I tried to use my card at the atm to get money I clearly had it would not allow me to withdraw money !!! It’s Ridiculous !! Then tried to use my card twice would not let me when I know I had the money in it !!! Then they deposit my money from my Stimulus to try to save it and they deposit into my other account !! And they can’t even say sorry or be Accountable for their wrongdoings it’s sad what if they put someone’s money into some one else account ? Bad bank bad tellers no stars !! Also the one lady will call though when she wants her money for the credit card !! DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!! The Absolute worst experience every time I’ll go elsewhere !!

Very rude! My father had a car loan there and when my father passed they set up direct deposit for my mom to continue making payments. 2 months later she gets a letter in the mail that the loan is defaulted. She called them and they told her she was not allowed to make a payment from another bank since her name was not on the loan even though they had her come in and sign papers specifically for that purpose. She asked if he was still alive if they would take a payment from her account and they told her that that was not the point. Rude! After telling them she has not worked in almost 20 years and wouldn't be able to transfer the loan to her name they told her that since she was going to have it direct deposited that she obviously must have money for the car from somewhere. She was forced to pay of the car because of that. These people are very rude and not a single one of them seem to know what is happening in that bank because you have to talk to 3 or 4 different people anytime you want to get something done. Highly recommend never using this place for anything. Only gave 1 star because there wasn't an option to give zero!

Anytime I have a issue with my loan payment not 1 but numerous staff was very rude and not helpful on finding the issue. SOME tellers are very informative and polite, but for the most part instead of helping correct the situation they where more concerned about getting my payment then finding the solution. Instead of helping they blamed myself and my bank for the issue. When my loan is paid off I won't be using this branch for future loans.

Nancy is rude the credit union is operating in 1980. Needs updated. Mailed my payment 6/22 due 6/29 she stating it takes 5-7 days. Check cashed 7/6 with $35 late fee. Reinvest that money Legacy...oh and mailed me someone else's personal information. I'll make sure he gets it. Sloppy!
