Guy behind the counter is a jerk. I think he was making up policies as they occurred to him. Have been there for other services, but won't ever go again. Hope they go out of business, since they can't seem to figure out WHAT their services are!

Kind, efficient and fair rates. I would recommend Cash Plus and use them in the future .

Terrible service and terrible treatment. Well at least to myself. I felt somewhat down graded and the man that serviced me wasn't polite at the very least. Spoke negatively to me about a previous loan that wasn't even taken out. Very rude from the moment I walked in and not polite like I said not to myself. Gave me the run around. Honestly still don't know how he came up with the numbers he entered as my income with all documentation in front of his face. I received what I'm thinking, the least loan possible. Left emails and voicemails at corporate haven't heard from them as of yet. Waiting WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I've never had a bad experience. Everyone is always very accommodating. And they will work with you if you have something personal going on. I would definitely recommend this business.

If you’re black you’ll definitely be discriminated against. I was treated less than and talked down to when trying to cash my settlement check. The only reason they gave me was that my lawyers didn’t have a website so my check is fake after telling me this my check was thrown down and the teller barely even wanted to say a word to me. They were insinuating that my check was fake. I’m not sure why I even went there in the first place. I went to the issuing bank and got it cashed in 2 minutes with no issues and at a much less rate. I wouldn’t recommend going here to anyone. Just find a different place. At the end of the day I’m glad they refused to cash my check because I got more cash in hand.

BY FAR, the best place in town to cash a check. It's locally owned, and the owner was so helpful. I went to a few other places first, and they wanted to charge 10% to cash a check and I would've had to get most of my money put on a prepaid card. Cash plus cashed my refund check in five minutes, for 4.9%, and I got it all in cash on the spot. He was so friendly! I would 100% recommend cash plus to anyone looking to cash checks or get loan!

They were super nice and helpful with everything. They took the time to vertify my checks even tho they knew it will take some time they were the first place who did not sent me away as a not American citizen.
