CashAmerica Pawn, Toledo, OH

I used to love this place until I put something on layaway and was misinformed by the girl who wrote me up only to come back in and be told that by putting this thing in layaway I was charged an extra 10% for the product plus another 5% for something else plus my sales tax! Then was told that they don't have any type of forgiveness or leeway if you do not make the payment within 5 days of your due date they will take the item and all of the money that you paid on it and you will get nothing and they do not care. I highly suggest that Cash America investigate their own company and policies and procedures because what they're doing to people is wrong.

Buy a good amount of firearms here , Amanda usually helps me and she’s great , the manager is also a cool guy. Great prices

This place is absolutely trash, super low pricing if you pawn anything, constantly have to wait on customer service. Will not return. If you are smart go somewhere else.

Just change your name to "stolen tv's and old dvd's" this is a terrible pawn shop. They don't even look at anything other than tv's, customer service is terrible and they seem to have attitudes.

They're kind of rude here. Not sure about the financial aspect but I've called on the phone and have gone in and both times they were rude kind of unnecessarily, so I couldn't really get to the business part. I guess just be prepared for that
