Unfortunately After a year and a half of good check cashing history I’m being penalized for it. The clerk (Alexis) decided today was the day to permanently raise my standard 1% cashing rate to a “special” scale of 2% & 4% after x amount. My checks have been verified yet she see to it more money be taken out of my checks! Thanks for your dedication to your position to single me out… I’ll stick to A BANK & I hope everyone else does!!!

Let me tell you.. I NEVER leave reviews but I needed to today. I went here twice to cash a check, the first experience was decent the second was awful. i waited about 45mins because the two front desk associates were trying to contact the business I work for to verify that the check was real… what kind of establishment is this. I also had an account on file. I was then told after waiting 45mins that they did not have enough money to cash my check, so go somewhere else or open up a green dot account… lol, what a joke of a business. Great tactic to get sign up referrals to green dot though. Smh

I went into cash a check like I have done for five years and they decided since the person that signed the check over to me wasn’t answering the phone and I said it to say I will call them so they know it’s you Side to kick me out and not cash the check because she said I wasn’t listening now I’m sitting here out of gas waiting for help because she is cited me trying to call the person was wrong

I came in to cash a check and the tellers name was Deborah and she made it the worst experience ever. Because of her my friends or myself will be returning. She was very rude very snappy with me and talked down to me like my business meant nothing to her. I will not be back

Avoid this place at all cost. I recently did an installment loan with them and the girl explained the whole thing completely wrong to me saying I had X amount of paments and insted of saying your final payment is this ammount she told me with your last payment it would be my total ammount paid back. I want you to make my last payment only to find out that I owed a couple of hundred dollars still when I told them I didn't have the money I was going to work out payment arrangements with the lender NCP which I was they deposited the check into my account regardless after they said they would let me make arrangements over drawing my account.

Morgan was super helpful & extremely polite, very well spoken & explained every question I asked with some very polite additional help from her manager 👌🏼 just make sure you have everything you need & they don’t cash signed checks (which should be common knowledge but i over heard the guy next to me try and cash a signed check so just putting that out there)

Went in and cashed a check with Morgan. She answered all my questions and the girls were super nice! Even gave me a sugar cookie for donating to children’s cancer research ❤️

Never in my life have an ever left a review on anything but they have horribly rude customer service! I called before I came explained my whole situation how I have already signed the check because I had tried to cash the check at Kroger but I had just gotten a new ID So I didn’t have the card to be able to swipe it, I only had the paper they give you until your ID is mailed. They said that is perfectly fine! So I drive AN HOUR walk in the door and the lady didn’t even let me speak. Looked at the check and her attitude was so nasty. Told me they would not cash my check. When I proceeded to ask why just to try and understand, she got even more rude with me and told me to go open a bank account but I more than likely won’t get it cashed there either. Even though it’s a check from school taxes! 🤬🤬🤬
