Getting the mortgage was incredibly easy and professional. This score reflects the difficulty I had with the mortgage servicing department. When I made my mortgage payment online, I screwed up my bank account info. That’s my fault. So when they call about the payment I agree to make the payment with the agent on the phone for an additional $10. I thought that was the end of it then I get another call saying the payment is due. Customer service neither has the record of the earlier call nor the proof I made the transaction with the agent. I found this out after three phone calls and being put on hold for more than an hour. I went to the site and made the payment with the corrected info but to be forced to jump through this many hoops to pay a bill is ridiculous. It felt like they wanted me to be late so I’d have to pay another fee. Moral of the story: double check the account info when you pay online because it’s not in this company’s interest to help you.

I've had my appraisal fee taken out in the appraisal has never been done and a processing fee taken out and again nothing
