When you have excellent approval ratings on credit karma and then do an application over the phone with the agent telling you your approved. after arriving to "sign the paperwork" agent rejected my application while i was there. went home and even saw that I was still at excellent odds with approval. First application the call came back within minutes now approaching an hour still nothing from them.
