Im prefacing this by saying my mother has been in town as the live in nurse for my grandmother who passed away last week so they decided to pay her a little: My mother took my grandfather at about 4pm on May 24th to this premier bank. Two ladies working one heavy and young one short and old. They were the next ones standing in line and they literally made them wait 40 minutes so they can get this money out. The old woman working told my mother that my mostly deaf grandfather could speak for himself when she was helping him hear her. They racially profiled my grandfather, pelting him with inappropriate questions like they wanted to know where he retired from. He already provided them with every identification that they needed why do they need to question him on where his money came from. So not only did they interrogate him, they made my 85 year old grandfather with a dying wife at home wait around for 40 minutes because they didnt believe he had that money or something. My grandfather is latino and I guarantee they wouldnt have interrogated a white man.

Trying to make a phone call to ask a question about refinancing rate on the account I have with them.I have tried calling local banks the numbers on my payment sheet .Numbers listed on web site 5 calls later and still after 35 mi. No one answers..not ever able to leave a message..your phone system is terrible. Guess I'll check with another bank to refinance
