The online banking is very good. If you do not use checks very much, the online banking can actually be used as your register as it is almost 'real-time'. Whereas, at other banks, transactions do not get reflected online while they are being processed, thus introducing lag. Huge plus is, this bank does not mess with the order of incoming transactions like other banks do (processing the largest first which may make more smaller transactions after it bounce) in order to glean more overdraft fees. Friendly customer service. The only down side to me is the new 'send a payment' method online that behaves like you wrote the check (doesn't come out of the account until recipient cashes it). I liked it better when there was no float on this feature.

I've banked here for pretty much my whole life, and not much has changed during that time, besides the building itself. Interest rates are pretty low. The service is friendly and their online app is highly convenient, but I ended up putting most of my money into a high-interest online savings account to earn greater returns.

The absolute worst possible bank. They deny our purchases at random. If it happens on a weekend we have no access to our funds until a weekday because that is the ONLY time we can get a hold of someone. If we go out of town, our cards get shut off from making purchases that aren’t local. Can’t pull cash out or anything. We’ve been stranded in a different city on multiple occasions. Absolutely do not recommend.

I am writing this from Mesa, Arizona. I recently purchased a cargo trailer and could not get it titled because it had an old lien on the title. Thankfully it was an old loan with BCNA. I e-mailed the bank and found Brenda Evans. WOW she was so helpful and attentive. She was right on top of the whole situation. She provided me with the letter and original lien release. I wish all banks were that easy to deal with. Thank you for the great experience!

I would recommend no one use online banking at the risk of compromising your private information. The security used for the site is sub-par and out of date. This is one of the easiest ways for your information to be stolen. It is an easy fix that has been ignored at your detriment for a long time.
