New manager is horrible. Absolutely zero customer service. After making a plan to pay my loan off well after I could have for credit reasons, she told me "it's not my fault you're to poor to be able to pay 100 in 4 months" while others were there. She knows Absolutely zero about my financial situation or she'd know the 100 is chump change. Again, the worst customer service. Go ANYWHERE else, I implore you.
