As a long time customer I am more than qualified to review this business. The hardest part of the app process is coming up with enough references but after that things go quite smoothly. The office staff is always considerate and courteous even when I running late with my payment. They bend over backwards to help every customer!

Unprofessional and passive aggressive customer service staff with higher than average APR (interest rate) percentages. I have used them in the past because they are the closest loan facility near, but I'm going to start taking my business to SunLoans or Maverick Finance because they have a way friendlier and professional service.

Wants a state issued id but my state issued oklahoma issued hand gun license witch is a id card isnt good enough evan though the osbi issued it to me, because the clerk is very ignorant and wont let me talk to a supervisor very poor customer service

I do apologize for the issue with your conceal carry ID. The assistant manager didn't realize that conceal carry licenses include a photo. We do accept any state or government issued ID with a picture. Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience.
