While I was deployed in Afghanistan, they changed the terms on my "Free Checking Account" without notifying me, and drained it of all my money. I asked how that could be anything other than theft, and the teller shrugged and told me it was "bank policy."

This is the worst bank I've ever had to deal with, their customer service is awful they dont care about anyone but themselves. Their online banking is so anoying to deal with it is painful i will never deal with them ever again.

Not willing to separate personal and business banking, do not hold both your business and personal accounts here. Also, they don’t answer the phones on Saturdays or open the lobby so the drive thru becomes busy and takes longer than usual to do normal banking. Very conservative with funds and basically want to see your last colonoscopy before ever giving out funds. If the “risk management team” doesn’t like you they will find any reason to pull funds from projects.
