Anchor has to be without a doubt the most disrespectful and unprofessional loan company I have ever dealt with. I applied for a car loan on 6/14/2018 and I was told that would have an answer the next day. Well they never called me back they never answered their phone that day and they closed the office at 5:18 pm on 6/14/2018 instead of staying until 5:30 pm like the office hours on their front door clearly states. Monday afternoon rolls around and I still haven't got an answer. So I call them a staff member answers the phone I tell them who I am and what I'm wanting. She puts me on hold for 15 minutes then a different staff member picks up the phone asking me why I'm holding and if she can help me. This woman should have already known who I am and what I'm holding for if she was communicating with her co-worker properly. When I asked her why she didn't ask her co-worker why I was on hold then handed me off to her. She got disrespectful and arrogant with me. So in the end I said forget it shred my application doing business with you isn't worth the aggravation are causing me. She then became even more disrespectful with me their level of incompetence along with their lack of respect for their customers. Can only mean one thing to me no one at Anchor Finance likes their job and the should be replaced...

I never hear back from them...EVER! ITS hard asking for help and when your just left " flat" it is worse...i just need a hand up not hand out...
