After they had direct debit my checking for a $50 pymnt, an additional $25 pymnt was taken without authority to do so. I called the office to discuss this and I found myself in a very COMBATIVE situation, that was impossible to communicate what I needed to find out. The woman on the phone jumped to conclusions of where I was headed and I was cut off, spoke over and had her voice speaking loudly at me. The lack of self control from this individual is shocking . In honesty, I have been late on some payments during the term of my loan, I have not been the model customer However dignity and respect should be extended to me.

I also made the mistake of using them when they first opened, I got a loan there in hopes of getting my credit built up after a home repossession due to job loss. I worked for the AT&T in Tulsa and my grandpa was letting me drive his truck back and forth about 40 miles away and just as soon as I got the loan I lost that job. It was because my husband had a seizure so I had to leave work to go to the hospital, the next day I was late because I got stuck in morning traffic. But the only problem I had was being able to work from home. That did not provide steady income due to the type of work that they had to offer.
Finally I had a job making about $150/week and he, while searching for another person found me. Which we went to court and I offered to pay $20/monthly but he didn't accept. Even though he knew that it would be a financial burden even for that amount. He tried deducting from my check and the judge would allow 3% max. The first time I saw money coming from my check was 77 cents. I almost lost it laughing so hard so he managed to get my new address and sent me the most assenine letter requesting his money.
So yes, I had a streak of less than acceptable jobs but I am currently sending this piece of work a money order for $40 every two weeks. I take a picture of the money order and subtract it from the balance that he is saying I owe plus legal fees. They even call my house and if I answer they hang up. They reached my husband the other day who he got his money back from because he had a bench warrant set up.
I am sending this to you readers hoping to save you from a hell spawned demon. The very sight of this man makes my blood boil and makes me cringe. I don't know of how else to explain it.
I got a loan from Red River Credit and never had a bad thought about it.

If you're looking for a loan, go somewhere else. I have used this company in the past and had a great experience. However, after a management change, they have really gone downhill. After lengthy harassment, they sued me. It ended up getting to the point of them going as far as to put out a warrant. I paid the whole amount they gave me over the phone in full 2 days before Christmas. They refused to drop the warrant even though I paid. The judge dropped the warrant for them and when they refused to show up to court, he dropped the case. Since then, even though they have been paid in full, they have continually harassed me by phone, through the mail, and now through texts. Now, they have again sued me for some unknown amount even though I have my receipt showing they have been paid in full. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I got a loan at We Loan Now years ago. I couldnt pay back due to my mother dying and my house burning down three days later. 8 months after that i had a stroke. they sued me and I asked for a payment plan so they wouldnt take 25% out of my check whenI barely bring home 150 aweek. they yelled at me and cussed me out. Don't ever do business with these people.

This place is the worst place ever. The people that run it don't care about anything or anyone. I have never been here and have ever done business here but they say I owe them money and the circuit court of Tulsa says I don't but they still HARASS me. I've called the creek county sheriffs on them countless times and the cops told them to knock it off but they keep on. I have a restraining order against them it got so bad.
