Timeca, at the store on 61st, was the friendliest person I have ever experienced in a loan application process. She didn't look down at me like some do when I have gone in seeking a loan. I felt like I was her favorite customer while I was there. Not only was she friendly, she was proficient in processing all the necessary information. The whole process took less than 15 minutes and I had the cash in my hand. I am so thankful and grateful for her friendly, professional service. The loan was a lifesaver.
