I've been doing business with Family Loan for years. They've always been helpful and friendly. Unlike the employees of a lot of loan companies the ladies at Family Loan actually care about their clients and go out of their way to help. They will always work with you.

My loan went legal, yeah I dropped the ball. I have made my payments to keep myself out garnishment but no receipts or a actual figure to what I owe. Never received a copy of the new agreement and it's like they are avoiding the actual question. Don't seem right.

The folks were very nice and respectful even when I was a jerk.
