I am leaving one star because I have had a loan with “ Nice loans “ for a while I’m not going to lie it has been open for 1 year max , we went to court this year around April I believe during that time in April I was ordered to pay $50 per paycheck well things started going down hill for me unfortunately I had to find a new job and once I was able to get back on my feet and had extra funds to get things paid up again in June of this year I started paying $75 I paid twice in June and once in April of $75 , in the month of June I adv that I got a new job and they took my new information down I did not think that I would be getting garnished behind the scenes of this so on June 15th the lady that works in the office sent a request to garnish me when I paid exactly 2 hours before being filed against I went up there she tried to tell me they sent a request to the court on the 14th and they filed on the 15th that’s a lie I called them so I have been trying to get my refund from getting charge $350 when I only owed $77 . At this point I am getting a lawyer and having a lawsuit against the remaining of my money
