Customer service is terrible. Press button after button to someday get transferred to a live person. Csr doesn't listen to what you're saying and "resolves" issues that have nothing to do with why you called. There are much better banks all over and online banking through Chase and such that don't charge outrageous fees, allow instant transfers so you don't pay overdraft charges when a mistake is made and actually accrue real interest. Even when you've had an account with them for years through Icon the rates offered on loans are laughable. This place is the worst place I've banked at since Bank of America in the early 2000's.

I haven't been in contact with an actual person since Icon Credit Union merged with Horizon, but their services online have been handy and generally easy to use. I appreciated the communication during transition and was able to get help when I had questions. I'd use their services again!

Been a customer for years, finally got my stimulus check and manager said 5 day hold because all stimulus checks have already been issued. Didn't matter how long of a customer nor that i had payroll direct deposit. Don't make this mistake. Looking for another credit union. BTW, if they change their name to Frontier CU. Its the same bank.

Customer service is garbage! A truly trash company. I will no longer do business with such a low life company. I would highly encourage possible customers to look elsewhere.

Told me a letter would be sufficient proof of income then later told me it was unacceptable after and ran my consigners credit after already knowing they weren't going to approve me.

Every experience has been amazing. Diana, Jennie and Aimee are extremely helpful, never in a rush and answer all my questions.
Diana especially takes time to really listen and makes sure you are taken care of before leaving the branch.

I never leave reviews, but Amy from the La Grande, Oregon branch absolutely deserves a positive review. Banks and loan companies can sometimes give you the runaround and rarely give straight answers. But Amy answered every question of mine. If she didn't know the answer to a question, she put in the work to find the answer quickly and gave me a call back same-day. If you're looking for a positive banking and loan experience, I highly recommend this branch. Ask to work with Amy!

We love HZCU and specifically our LG branch. They always are fast, efficient and get us our cash/deposits. They are always friendly and happy to help when you go in, and they help a ton in the community with volunteering. Diana the Branch Manager is always a pleasure to work with.
