Do NOT bank here! I overdrew my account by $.97 a week ago and they are closing my account! Seriously?? You're that hard up?? My ex husband has deposited monies on the first faithfully for the last year so it would have been paid. And why when he transfers directly from his account into mine is there a two day "hold" on the money?? You SEE the money in his account! Staff used to be helpful. Now they act dazed and confused half the time! Stay away!!

Simple request for a notary. So I phoned ahead, and they said for 10.00 they would do it. No account needed.They proceeded to cost me mailing my legal document on time . The staff seemed so new to their jobs when I got there?
It was like I had never called.The manager told the notary she was not comfortable letting her do this simple legal agreement without my attorney present? Do not offer a service you cannot provide.The attorney was not the one being notarized it was my signature. I had called and asked if they could help me prior to having my time wasted by their unprofessional behavior.No stars.

Needed to do an interbank transfer and they told me they don't even have a debit Visa card reader in the entire Bank..... What kind of bank doesn't have a Visa MasterCard debit card card reader in 2022?

I give this bank no stars. I had am issue arise while trying to establish an account at another bank and when the teller at O.C.B. ran my credit along with my fiance the report showed all of my credit information under my fiancee's name. I then went to the other bank in Tillamook to try to straighten it out and got proof that my old acount at that bank was with my ex and my fiance was not a part of it. So I went back to O.C.B..to show proof to the manager and the manager didn't want to even look at the documents I had to clear my fiancee name and my report and was rude in telling me she was not interested in having my account. She wouldn't even look at my document's this bank is very shifty and employees are not trained right to do their job. I do not recommend ever going to this bank. Save yourself the time and headache.

I have gone into the Tillamook office on six different occasions to talk to someone about a loan and the process. After 5 times of going in at different times and calling I finally caught the manager whom I was told did the loans. When I talked to her and asked her questions she had little to no knowledge on what I thought was basic loan questions. I joked about her being new and she told me she had been doing it for a while but that she had no proper
training and no one to contact when she does need help. She seemed less than enthused to be talking with me and seemed almost annoyed that I was taking up her time. I had always heard great things about Oregon Coast Bank but after telling people of my experience
recently I was told that it wasn’t what it used to be and seems to continue going downhill. I don’t know if this is all of the offices or this specific location.
