Just bad service. I've asked for a debit card 5 times now 2 time they send the wrong card with the wrong name then they said I have to pay for my card even tho it was there mistake! 5 time to try and get a credit card is ridiculous. But the manager at warrenton branch was very kind with the feed back and help this all turn around. Ty.

Garbage customer service, will lie straight to your face about the loans, never will call back, these people will screw you every chance they get
To give just one of the examples I have a loan that has a vehicle as collateral was told nothing about the need for specific insurance and due to an issue with my insurance company not giving them the info wound up getting a $971 increase being told that as soon as they get the info that I will be given a refund, they only refunded $565 and when I called them to ask why I was told essentially that it was for the temporary insurance issue.. THATS $406!! For a temporary issue that didn't last more than a month due to them not informing me of the need for specific coverage but also the lack of communication from the insurance company that again didn't take more than a single month to resolve.. garbage people, garbage services

Everyone that works for this company, seems very happy. Everyone is smiling, happy, friendly. The rays of sunshine aren't limited to just ONE branch. Employees attitudes are also shining bright in Astoria, Rainier, Kalama, Woodland and every Longview location (these are the branches I've been to.). Almost every time I've called Teller Services, same story.
HOWEVER, I've had ONE difficult experience, regarding a new payee account for my disabled child and Social Security Admin providing me w/incorrect paperwork & information, over & over. It took 12 trips to the Warrenton & Astoria bank branches to get the account open. It was daunting and I know the Fibre employees we're frustrated - a simple, one page document was all we needed yet SSA said it didn't exist. Instead, they insisted other docs would work. Fibre bank tellers, branch managers, a new teller & his trainer, plus other misc. support staff, ALL contributed something during one of those 12 visits. They continually got more & more creative (a few times, providing hand written notes for me to give to SSA) and NEVER did they, "pass the book." In the end, I figured out what was needed by creating a My Social Security Payee Account online and I got the docs. To be noted: Social Security employees, in person & on the phone, were often rude, uncooperative and even condescending.
I'm happy I joined your bank a few years ago, same bank that my mom's been with for over 15 years now. And thanks to your diligent staff, a third generation of our family gets to do business with the happiest banking employees on the planet now too!!! Thx for being Rockstars EVERYONE!!! ;-)

Great credit union, I always get amazing service here. Came in and they printed my card the same day.
Edit: Extremely frustrating experience. Their banking application lists your account number incorrectly and they lost not only my tax return but my partners as well. Instead of trying to rectify the situation they blamed TurboTax and said call them. Very disappointed in their customer service this time. Still have to make my credit card payment and pay extra interest due to THEIR mistake.
