I have been a member at PFCU since 2013. I am self-employed. I have had several loans of different types through them. I have never defaulted on any of them and have a great credit rating. Whenever I apply for a loan I have to go through so much nonsense EVERYTIME! I have had nothing but stressful experiences with this credit union. So much for customer loyalty. I will be closing my accounts and will never return.

Went to open a business account and they told me that LegalZoom was not a reputable 3rd party and was not sufficient to prove I was the official holder of my EIN number ....can any one second that?

I have been with this bank (PFCU) for almost 20 years and have watched the level of customer service decline, particularly when you call Member services. Today I spoke with a man by the name of Brian, who is very rude, combative and confrontational and therefore should not be dealing with the public. He is in the "Member Services" department and therefore I requested to speak with Loan officer, in which Brian refused and advised that he help with my issue. When I proceeded to reference the dollar amount that caused me consern, he abruptly stated, "I don't see that"....So I proceeded to direct him to what I needed help with. Sometime during our conversation, his phone started breaking up. After explaining to him that I couldn't quite make out all of his words, he proceeded to say "Well, I can hear you". In which I explained "I can hear you, but your words are choppy" He then proceeded to tell me to move to a different location, which I did to no avail. He started talking over me. Finally, I requested to speak to another member service member, he REFUSED that request by abruptly saying "NO". I asked why and responded, "That's not what we do" . I told him that he was very rude and that I was going to report him. He responded "Ok". He then told me to call back, and that's when I refused and asked to speak to a Manager. Without asking if I could hold, he just placed the call on hold. While I was waiting to see if Brian really got someone else to help me, I thankfully, received a call waiting from the loan department (Because I sent an email to that department earlier) and she was able to assist me. I requested to speak to a supervisor because the exchange I had with Brian was horrible!! And I do not want anyone like that handling my accounts noe my money. If I could give No Stars...I would.
