From the Mariner app, I tried to call the Carlisle location by pressing the call button next to the Carlisle branch and it is for the Chambersburg location. The guy that answered the phone was completely rude and disrespectful because my caller ID has my business name come up and not my actual name so he thought I was some "third party" looking for information even though I gave him all of my personal information to identify myself and locate my account. It was discovered that my account is with the Carlisle branch(which is the branch I called according to the app). So I tried to suggest to guy that he may want to let someone know about the discrepancy on the app and his response was "that's not my problem! I have nothing to do with that! And when you call the Carlisle branch you better make sure you have all the information because they will not give out information to a third party like you!" Then hung up the phone. Dude needs fired immediately! It's people like this guy that give these types of loan companies a bad name and make people not want to deal with them. I can guarantee I'll never go to the Chambersburg branch! The staff at the Carlisle branch were amazing. I would deal with them again any day of the week!

I had a great experience, as I always do. Tammy and Brian are wonderful people. I would highly recommend Mariner Finance to anyone.

This place is fantastic! I dealt with Karen Sage, who was beyond personable and professional. Not only is she quick with getting your paperwork done but she is full of knowledge. I literally left there feeling so good because of her. I Have never left a place just in "aw" of the service I received until I dealt with Karen! She is amazing, 100/10.
