Do not get an auto loan with this bank!!! They are the worst!!! I am so happy to not have to pay to this freaking bank anymore!!! They charged me an extra 1000 dollars onto my loan saying I didn't have insurance on my car when I sent emails and texts with photos of having insurance the entire time! I will never recommend this bank to anyone.

Got to love that the sale of my house got pushed back by the incompetence of the mortgage person that didn't submit paperwork and went on vacation. I got rid of you a long time ago bc of your ridiculous fees but the incompetence is mind boggling!!!

This bank is terrible. The due date for my car loan is the 10th of every month. I am not enrolled in autopay because of the 4.95 "convenience fee" (convenient for whom?). Over the past 5 months now, I have not received a statement for June or May, and for April, March and February the statement arrives after the due date. Then I am forced to pay online and I HAVE to pay the "convenience fee". They don't send a statement, and I get charged extra to pay my bill. Once this loan is paid I won't invest a dime with any Fidelity bank. Big banks are horrible. Let's see if this review actually makes the cut.

I get my invoice for my car payment the day before it's due..I asked twice about this and was told people are having trouble with their mail...all of my other bills dont seem to have a problem finding me on time.

Lace cant give a call back. 4 separate times we were told we would hear back from them but never got a response. They told my brother he had the wrong paper work while trying to get a loan but then realized it was right after 2 days. They didnt want to do their jobs and is shows. Terrible

THE BRANCH MANAGER AT THE DUNNMORE BANK WAS SO DISRESPECTFUL TO ME IM POOR SHE TOOK ALL OF MY SSDI PAYMENT OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION I ASKED HER TO RETURN IT AND SHE SAID I CAN BEG ALL I WANT IM NOT GETTING IT BACK

Everyone I have ever dealt with at this branch has been polite and professional. Whenever I need anything, personal or or business related, they've always helped me and made the process very easy.

These people have a license to steal. Plain and simple. If you want a bank that's on your side, use Ally bank. With no overdraft fees for starters.
