I bought a 2012 Toyota Rav4 from New Motors today using Erie Auto Credit. The car is great condition with only 60,000 miles and 4WD. I had been shopping all over Erie and Online for days. I was searching as far away as Pittsburgh and New York and no other dealer could meet me at a price that would work within my budget...until New Motors. I was very impressed with their non-sales like attitude, honesty and fairness. Superior Toyota tried to sell me basically the same car for $20,000, only difference was a little lower mileage and remote car start...Mileage isn't an issue with a Rav4...they run FOREVER. I got it for just under $15,000 from New Motors. I worked with Shane, Bret and Kevin. All three were awesome. My last car buying experience was a nightmare. I will return to New Motors and I will send everyone I know there as well! Thanks guys!!!

Worst experience in buying a car I have ever had. First they said $200 down and a trade in, then they said $800 down and a trade in. I was fine with either. I called them on a Thursday and left them a message to call me back to let me know of when we can come in to pay and do the paper work. It's now the Thursday after and I've called and left 3 more messages and still have not gotten a call back. You all should go to kightlinger Auto sales in Meadville PA. Just south of Erie. I went in and got a new car on Saturday and it took me 10 minutes to get approved and out the door with the car I wanted at the price I wanted it at......UPDATE, I just received a credit denial letter in the mail from the same place I was approved at from another dealership. I believe Erie auto credit is a scam.

I went there after going to other places and having them try to push rust buckets or wrecked cars on me that nobody else would buy. I went to erie auto credit without an appointment and within 30 minutes I was approved and looking at cars that were only 3 to 5 years old with 40,000 miles. I walked out with a great car and payments that I can easily afford. By far the best car buying experience I've had. Would recommend for anybody who needs help getting financing. Kevin Yaros made it a stress free and easy process. Great salesman to have representing your company.

Their advertised prices were 15% higher than other dealerships for like vehicles, but they advertised guaranteed credit, and their name suggested they were finance specialists, so I thought I give them a shot. I have a good job, decent credit score, willing to trade in a car and put cash down to make sure they weren't upside down on the loan. In spite if that, they asked me for a co-signer. Bye-bye. Just another BS dealership that says they guarantee credit to generate leads they can't close.

HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!
Bought a 2013 Ford Edge with nothing but trouble. First- I bought my car in August and it hasn't been a year yet and I had so many issues. Inspection sticker said July which meant they just had it inspected right? They inspected the car with winter tires which wore down so fast driving on the hot payment. Yes, my fault for not being aware of the tires when I bought the car but a month later when I saw the wear, I brought it up to them. Told me to bring it in. They measured the outside of the tire (not all of them, one) and said they measure 6. Yeah on the outside... What does it measure on the inside. Second- When I was looking at the vehicles, I asked why the mileage is so high on all the vehicles I saw. Explanation- all cars come in like that now. Very rare you see cars with low mileage. Mine was 84,000. Being gullible, I thought "okay". Later a friend said to me, maybe because it was a sales guy who traveled a lot or they are rentals. Explains why the high mileage but also Oh no. You know what people do to rentals cars? Treat them poorly. 3rd- I took my car in for an oil change a couple months later (somewhere else) and I had someone tell me that my head light is not shining on the wall straight. They checked out the bulb and it wasn't even the correct number AND it was just laying in there not even placed in correctly. Now- not even a year yet (9 months: date of this post) I need to replace my PTU transfer case because it is cracked. You know how much that costs with parts and labor? $1800.00.
