I normally don't give 1 star reviews but the attitude I received over the phone the other day wasn't good. If you go into the branch it's always nice service but when you call it's definitely hit or miss. They have one phone representative and maybe just the tone in her voice but she's awful and is condescending. They also used to have Sunday branch hours at Walmart on Downs Drive. That's gone. It's a shame. After my last phone experience I felt very talked down to.

I've been happy with how I'm treated by this bank. I'm currently trying to close on my first house and their employee, Lisa Jaroski, has been extremely helpful. She has gotten me everything that I need and doesn't make me wait. I would give her more than 5 stars for her customer service if I could.

Terrible and predatory lender. Do not offer any programs of any sort. Do not get a loan here. I will never get a loan through erie fcu again. Ever.

People are nice and helpful enough. But I'm tired of every time I need to call the bank being put on hold for 30 minutes.

Never had any issues. Very friendly & helpful employees. I'm usually in & out...lobby seems much faster than the drive thru. Overall a great place to do ones banking.

Called in regards to a refund from Amazon not being returned to my account. This was during the transition to the new debit cards back in august 2023. Called customer service on why my refund was not credited and the woman who I spoke to “who was very rude as well” said they are behind on transactions and credits from the old debit cards and didn’t know when I would receive my money. This is completely inexcusable and unprofessional. I should not have to question wether or not I will receive my money at all because this business was unable to properly execute a transition to new debit cards that us members were forced into doing. I will be closing my account after I finish paying off my loan and credit card. Do not give them your business.

They have been in the process of updating credit cards and debit cards. 6 months and the cards won’t take transactions. I’ve had several meetings to try and fix the problem with no success. I run a business and both the credit and debit cards won’t even be recognized by online vendors like quickbooks and google. It’s not like the cards are failing for payment, they fail whenever you try to setup an online payment. Employees claim there are no issues and during each meeting they say there are no card issues. All of my friends who have EFCU are having the issues!

Having this credit union is actually putting me in debt right now. We've received new debit cards in August of 2023, due to tappable feature. The change was mandatory. Unfortunately these card numbers are coming up recognizable at most places online. I am unable to pay my credit card with my debit card. I am unable to do instant transfers or receive payments to my new card, and I did have the new card on cashapp, to be able to quickly send my children money. I deleted the card when I was moving the app to a new device. I tried readding the card and now it is coming up invalid. This has become a huge issue to many and nobody can do anything about it. Either the number is unrecognizable or it comes up the address is incorrect. This seriously needs fixed. My old debit card was great and had no issues. Since this new card I have received late fees, stressed how to make my payments, and have been doing everything to try to put my payments onto other cards to be able to make them on time. This is not good at all. I will be transferring all of our accounts to a new bank since unfortunately you leave me no choice. And with all the complaints Eriefcu had received about this, they still haven't done anything to fix the issue.
