Nice local credit union; but please offer your customers some flexibility by opening a few hours on Saturday...your competitors do! Due to work schedule and long commute, some of us are unable to make it to the bank during normal Mon-Fri hours. The only workaround is the ATM which has not been fully functional for several weeks.

I just made an after-hours (6pm) balance enquiry and account chat phone call and I believe I spoke with the most lovely and polite customer service person on the planet. Helpful, friendly - she nailed it. Diamond Credit Union is a terrific organization.

Welcoming atmosphere, personnel is very friendly and knowledgeable. They give you their full attention and make sure you are satisfied before leaving. Very happy with the Boyertown Branch!

As a member for the last 25 years I have never had a bad experience with diamond credit union!!! Always a friendly greeting as soon as you enter the credit union along with exceptional service from everyone with any questions I may have had over the years! I have been using this branch for over a decade and just finished working with June to purchase another vehicle. As always, they were pleasant, kind, informative and the process was seamless. Call center was totally useless. Real person but they talk like robots and know nothing. Went into the branch to figure out the problem we were having. Only to be told that the last 5+ times they didn’t say anything I’m told that it was a courteous thing for them to let it go. Mind you I have never had this issue before and I literally took the same thing there maybe 2 months ago and nothing was said then. I just want someone to explain to me how they pick and chose who to be “courteous” to?? I gave my endorsement …check the signature to compare or maybe give me a call? Nope. See that would actually be “courteous”.
