THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STAFF EVER!!! NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I BEEN TREATED WITH UP MOST DISRESPECT..your staff laughing at me and putting me on hold and talking to his co-workers about appetizers and specials at some food place...then i finally the tool back on the phone and he acts all rude! just keeps interrupting me while i'm just trying to ask a simple question!

If I could give it zero, I would. Joe is right, this place sucks even a year after. The guy there were disrespecting me and making jokes to his colleague. He would also not take the Hispanic couple that came in for some finger scanning thing all because they didn't have a photo ID with them, even though they met other ID criterias that were set.

The man behind the counter was very rude and unprofessional!!! The reload fee on my app says one price and he charged another...not a problem I paid and then he just keeps going on and on about how the fees have been the same for 10 years...this isn't a business I frequent nor will I return.
