Absolutely horrible customer service the new manager has, Jesse is his name. He was completely rude, basically told me what I was going to do . I made it very clear that if he was to never call me again. I would never recommend them to anyone

I usually have a pleasant experience with the staff but I called to make an arrangement on my account today and was made to feel like human garbage. Jesse, the new manager had no compassion for our situation and argued with me. I told him I never had this problem with the previous manager and he insisted on telling me the reason the previous manager was let go. That is not my business. I thought this was really unprofessional and defamation of the old managers character. I called corporate and they took care of my problem with no issue and we got it settled. I have never spoken to a manager that was so blatantly rude and argumentative. As if HE was the one this was effecting. I will NEVER call the Indiana branch for assistance again.

Easy process to get the loan and friendly service. They make it hard to cancel. You can't just go to any location.

This is my second loan with One Main Financial. Unfortunately due to Covid last year my finances were horrible like many people around the world. Many if my bills that should've been paid off grew in amount and my monthly bills were behind and I normally over 100k a year. Well I finally got back to normal and One Main gave me the funds to pay off all my high interest credit cards ( that were my lifeline) and I can now make one payment to cover it. I will also be able to make additional payments to pay it off sooner without any penalty. Highly recommend them if you have trouble with regular banks.

Would give them a ZERO if I could. Not a company you want to do business with ..they prey on their customer's and make promises they don`t and can`t keep.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. No ambition to follow up with anything. Had to keep calling to see how everything was going. Not once did we get a call from them. Because they waited too long to even get in touch made me run my credit again. Will not recommend. In fact employees are too busy posting on Snapchat instead of doing their job.
