Great customer service opened up 4 accounts buisness and personal and my van fits through the drive through which is nice. Plus make atm cards on site. Yes they have fees like all banks but it's nice to have people greet you with smiles and a nice attitude. These people posting bad reviews on being rude must of started rude with them because I didn't have anything but good conversations with the employees at this bank.

Absolutely non-existent customer service. My 85-year old father was a long-time customer and had nothing but headaches as we tried to consolidate his JBT accounts. On multiple occasions, the individuals working with him had to walk to different parts of the building so that their electronic devices could get a signal. He moved in with us and we started to close his JBT accounts to transfer to a closer bank. After decades of banking with JBT, they hit him with fee after fee when closing the accounts and couldn't be bothered to say thank you for his long patronage. I'm sure with the amounts in his accounts, he had made them tons of money through lending and they couldn't even say thank you and we wish you well. Terrible bank!

My (now deceased) mother had a car loan out with this bank. I was told that I would still be able to make payments and keep the car but it might get tricky when the title came into play. Fair enough. Fast forward two months later and I receive a notice stating there is an unpaid balance on the account even though I paid BOTH months in FULL (I have the receipts as well as my bank statement showing the payments were processed). When I call they refuse to give me information as to why I am receiving collection notices, stating I'm not the party on the loan (my dead mother is). Ok, fine but then you cannot accept and misapply payments and then try to collect additional money without telling the party you are attempting to collect money from why you are attempting to collect additional money. Shady at best, illegal at worst. Avoid at all costs.

Rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life, they are certainly not a family friendly bank as one reviewer states. If I could give them a zero I would have!

Never ever ever ever ever ever ever get a car loan through these clowns even if they have the lowest interest rate to choose from. I tell everyone i know to not go through them. Never missed a payment or was late. I actually pay a little extra each month. And they still always call me asking why i dont have insurance ???!!! I DO HAVE INSURANCE AND ITS BEEN THE SAME FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS!!!! JTB=🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
