I was pleased with the service I received from Mariner Finance. I was working with CSR Yomaira. She was thorough and knowledgeable, and explained in detail every step of the loan process. She asked if I had any questions or concerns before I signed the paperwork. I would definitely recommend Mariner Finance, especially for people like myself with credit scores below 600.They helped me, I was treated as a person and not a credit score number.

Marine Finance is a great company when needing a loan. The staff is friendly and go above and beyond to get you the money you need.. I normally do not give all stars because there is always room for improvement, even if it’s not visible to their customers.. But in this case I will give all stars and let the staff decide where and if improvement is needed. Thank you to all in the office today.

Denise was very congenial and professional .HOWEVER I was extremely dissatisfied with your IT problems. What should of been a 15 minute appt. took over an hour +! In addition more forms to sign than usual, including Dept of Transportation which makes one leery of contract altogether!

Was made to feel comfortable in applying for a loan. Easy to understand explanations. Felt like a person not just a number. A pleasant experience
