I have been an FNB customer with multiple accounts for nearly 2 decades. I moved and kept the bank I felt had been great to me over those years. Now I constantly get the run around, and when I try to call it will ring a few times then automatically go to their recorded on hold message. I literally waited online for over 4.5 hrs one day just to see if they would ever answer. And got nothing. A great bank and branch has simply gone down hill.

Screwed up my account by adding the wrong information of my girlfriend. Called customer support which TAKES forever to get through and they are rude as hell any time you call only to be told corporate can’t do anything. Call and leave a voicemail for branch manager which was never returned. Called again to be told she is filling the ATM and would be well over half an hour but would call me back. Never got a call back. So we had to wait for a debit card to arrive in the mail that isn’t even any good, and no one can tell me who it is that is attached to my account. Still waiting to hear from the branch manager cause according to support that’s the only person that can fix this issue which to me is a complete joke.

Found out my card information had been stolen and stopped the payment before I lost any money. Very impressed. Always friendly whenever I go in too.

Will only cash their checks up to$250, so to me they don't honor their own customers money
