I have been a consumer for years with the branch. I come in due to issues online to make my car payment and they wanted to charge me a fee. I didn’t understand why a fee needed to be paid when the issue was stemming from clearviews online system. The individual who assisted contacted their so called resolutions department due to the online issues but the resolutions specialist wanted to yell and stated that she couldn’t waive the fee. This is absolutely the worst customer service at a bank. I have banked with them for well over 3 years and never asked for a fee to be waived. Kylie was the woman’s name from the resolutions department. This is the worst bank hands down
