Just went here to use the ATM that Discover bank partners with and it was a fine experience. No fees, nice drive up ATM, and there was no line. Only complaint is I think the ATM is a little bit higher than most other Drive up ATMs.

My family has used this bank for almost 30 years, my personal experience is the tellers speak to my family in a condescending tone, they are rude, short and openly display attitude toward them! They treated them this way when I was 14 and to this day the same demeanor is upheld, I have tried to get my family to leave the bank but it's too much of a hassle. We'll they won't be getting my business and definitely no kind words to say about them

Horrible, wretched, and unprofessional. I mistakenly opened up my business’ bank account through this terrible institution.
The Moosic Branch made a mistake and blamed my LLC (however they submitted to corporate that my business is a sole proprietorship…)
Manager Jodi is beyond unprofessional ..she gaslight me saying I made the error…I informed corporate saying she needs more training as I have been there three days in a row trying to correct their errors and when I had no choice but to speak with her (I have been there three days and not once did she interact with me or any other customers)
Customer Care line apparently does not care about potential business partners because they resolved this issue by banning my business and myself from ever stepping foot into any Fidelity every again…May I please at least have the thousands of dollars I deposited back ?!?
