The drive through is an interesting experience, new technology and works great. I do not have a debit card, yet I'm able to get assistance via video teller to make a check deposit into my checking account. With my limited mobility, this is so much easier than havig to walk into the branch.

Friendly employees that will go above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. The manager gave me her card to ensure to work through account changes.

The Robinson branch is the worst branch to deal with since they got a new Branch manager at the Robinson bank and they can't get anyone to work there probably because of her and the bank has gone down hill real fast and I had to close mine account and I'm not happy about it
