Members 1st has been the worst experience I have had in 30 years of leasing vehicles. My dealership went with them when I signed the lease. After I purchased the vehicle I waited almost a month before I received any information from them on how to make a payment. After all this time when I finally received info in the mail about setting up an account I did it the same day and made a payment. Then the next month I went to make another payment and they said they have no banking information on file and would need to set it up again because of a glitch, Weird but ok, I set everything up again and the account I added stayed in pending status for 3 weeks, after multiple calls they finally added the account, I made a payment right than and that payment showed pending for another 7 days. After they payment finally posted they had the nerve to charge me a late fee. I spoke to someone online and explained they had my account pending for almost a month how is that my fault for you to charge me a late fee. They were extremely rude and said we see here there was an issue and the payment was pending for a week but they still would not remove the late fee. Unbelievable!! Worst bank and customer service I have ever seen. Stay as far away from this bank as possible!!!!!!!

Needed a loan. Went through the process of signing up for an account for myself, my fiance, and my business. Figured if we're going to get an account for a loan we may as well do all our banking with them.
Get through the whole ordeal only to be told that our credit would be much too low to get any sort of personal loan or mortgage.
Huge waste of time. While the staff was as nice as could be and very eager to help, not wasting our time would have been nice. And they never even finished setting up the business checking.
Ended up getting a mortgage through a dedicated mortgage lender.
This branch gets an A+ for friendliness, can't be honest enough about that, but then an F for wasting like an hour of my life I'll never get back.

I'd give them 0 stars but you have to give them at least 1 to leave a comment. Poor customer service. They
took 2 loan payments out of my bank account when there was only one scheduled and wouldn't reimburse me. Members 1st can go to hell.
