Thank you for calling me and taking time to fix the spiraling levels of confusion. It's much appreciated. It is nice to have a bank call and communicate to fix problems and answer questions. But it's something more when they call and confront and fix issues that boiled over due to human emotions. I gained alot of respect for the employee who called me this morning. She took time and effort to call and hear me out and then explained everything to me and really heard me. Sometimes we forget we are all human. And there are those who do their jobs. And those who truly care and respect their job and the ppl it serves. Thank you. Thank you for ur patience, understanding, and for your dedication to the people who trust you with their financial needs. I was very upset yesterday and more confused after my first call. But today when yall called and spoke to me it was refreshing. I now understand everything about the thing. And that is because u really helped me. Thank you. 😊
