They aren't educated or trained properly on Veterans Accounts. They act like the money is theirs and every other month it's an issue. The account is used to pay a caregiver only and the same caregiver has been in place for 2 plus years. She has had to call me multiple times to come to the bank and see why they aren't paying her. And each time it's oh we didn't know or she's never handled this type of account. Rude and unacceptable. I should NOT have to come out and do the job of the bank we supposedly trust!

The staff is courteous and friendly. I have never had a single problem whether it be at the drive through or inside at the desk. Their loan department has treated us with great respect and shows true concern for the needs of the customer. I enjoy banking with United.

Worst bank I've ever dealt with. It's the only bank I know that doesn't post direct deposits in the late afternoon or evening. Everyone that I work with had a late direct deposit because the pay roll company had a system error and yet they still got theirs today. I call them because I'm the only one who didn't get a deposit yet and I'm told that they don't receive them this late and that maybe it's the payroll company who didnt have the correct numbers correct and I know their info is correct. And not to mention the gavt they changed their routing number and never sent an email or anything letting me know. I'm very dissatisfied with this bank.

About a year and a half ago, I had fallen on really hard times and accidentally overdrafted my account and was charged a fee. In the many years I'd had my account I had never overdrafted. The mistake ended up costing me $120+ between the bill that had overdrafted, and my bank. The branch manager here waived the overdraft charge but not after being extremely rude and quite condescending about it, as if she's never struggled financially. I was already embarrassed as it was and she basically made me beg to waive the overdraft. I don't think she should be working with the public. Outside of that, any other time I've visited this location, the ladies running the counter have been absolutely wonderful!

Went to ATM pulled out money, in the middle of counting it, 500 the ATM took my card, went to teller they said since it wasn't a United bank card they can't do nothing they shred them. Now I have to wait 5-10 business days to receive new card. Lesson learned but your banks a pos for that.

This bank will allow thieves to steal from your account and won’t replace the money. I think some of the employees themselves commit the fraud
